I am sure that some of you will want to argue about religion or correct what things “mean” but this might be appropriate around Easter when the greatest miracle of all allegedly happened. Anyway. I’m not really interested in hearing why my thinking is wrong anymore. It usually makes it worse.
One thing that always happens when a child/baby is sick is that people pray for a miracle. If the child makes it, it is a miracle. People say God is Good. God intended you to continue parenting. God knew you would take care of his baby. Blah blah blah. What happens when the odds are stacked against you and the child dies? Oh, he didn’t pick you, sorry. He didn’t think you were good enough.
